Good
morning everyone. I'm here with a very special person
this morning. Mr Greg Tingle. Mr Media Man himself,
Good morning Greg.
Good
morning Yvette. How are you?
I'm
well Greg. I have got a lot of questions to ask, even
though I admit, you are a personal friend of mine,
I'd like to ask you about how Media Man began. Can
you give us a little big of the incarnation of that
story?
Yes
sure. It's quite a long story, as you would imagine.
I'll give you the media size version. It has to do
with my break in the media business, which occurred
back at the 2000 Olympics. Actually even before that,
but lets just start there, where I was an Olympic
Volunteer helping out the technology section, and
the athletes out there at the Olympic Games Village,
and I'd thought I'd take it upon myself to call up
Radio 2UE and let them know about the both good stuff
and the other stuff, that was happening out there
at the village, and I guess I became very well known
and somewhat of a Sydney radio identity...
