Nathan
McDonald is the Executive Director of Mustor Insitute
and has been involved in the development a suite of
over eighty products that increase the speed and accuracy
of business document comprehension, interrogation,
negotiation, articulation, translation, compliance
checking, development and drafting. He has been invited
to speak at law, compliance, business, engineering,
and defence conferences in Europe, USA and Australia.
He is an author of over 15 books, manuals and reference
wallcharts on understanding and administering safety
instruction, internal business procedure, technical
specification, government regulation and contract.
Nathan has 15 years experience in wide variety of
businesses including risk management, corporate governance,
consulting, quality assurance, corporate psycho-metric
testing and education (conscious and subconscious).
Has been involved in the banking, government, IT,
FMCG, health, insurance, defence, construction and
mining industries. He is a pioneer in the field of
large group on-the-job subconscious learning techniques
(MIS5300), as well as corporate subconscious exploitation
(MIS 2250) and left/right brain thinking exploitation
(MIS 2270). Nathan is also a leader in corporate contractual/regulatory
competency testing and training (MIS 4500). Nathan
is a Certified Mustor Master (CMM) and a Certified
Mustor Trainer (CMT) Level 3 which means that he is
capable of facilitating any of the Mustor Training
