The Sydney Body Art Ride attracted 200 skin-flashing
cyclists yesterday to raise money for the Children's
Cancer Institute.
Organiser
Jake Lloyd Jones said 90 per cent of riders painted
up for the ride from Randwick racecourse to South
Maroubra Beach.
The
event was Sydney's contribution to World Naked Bike
Ride, whose undress code is "as bare as you dare".
Entrants
abided by a local rule by wearing briefs.
Dr
Arthur Chesterfield-Evans of the Democrats sported
a skintight gold lame jumpsuit, while Media Watch
host Liz Jackson chose paint and clothes.
The
Sydney University Housing Co-op made up the largest
team in the ride.
