Bio:
If
you hear sirens, seek shelter, because Cesaros
on his way.
A
onetime European rugby star who was banned from league
play due to excessive aggression, Cesaro applied his
mercilessness in the ring, honing his skills not just
in Europe but around the entire world. Upon landing
in the United States, he developed a cult following
exhibiting his vicious skills in tag team and singles
competition alike.
But
this brutally innovative grappler is not all brawn.
The cultured Cesaro speaks five languages, allowing
him to adapt to his surroundings while traveling the
globe en route to WWE.
Upon
his arrival to WWE in 2012, Cesaro immediately backed
up his multilingual smack talk, racking up victories
and capturing the United States Title. Along the way,
Cesaros no-nonsense style won over its fair
share of admirers, including radical manager Zeb Colter,
who recruited Cesaro and paired him alongside Jack
Swagger as The Real Americans. Though the patriotic
duo found success in the tag team ranks, repeat miscommunications
gave way to an irreparable fissure at WrestleMania
30 the same night that Cesaro won the inaugural
Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Much to Colters
chagrin, The Swiss Superman soon thereafter he revealed
himself to be a Paul Heyman Guy, though
the association was not long-lasting.
As
the calendar turned from 2014 to 2015, Cesaro refocused
on tag team competition, creating a formidable duo
with Tyson Kidd. The self-proclaimed Masters
of the WWE Universe defeated The New Days
Kofi Kingston & Big E in impressive fashion on
the Royal Rumble Kickoff, and on the Feb. 2 Raw, Kidd
and his wife Natalya were at ringside to support Cesaro
as he defeated Jimmy Uso in singles action.
With
absurd raw strength and one of the most sophisticated
arsenals in WWE, theres no telling how far The
King of Swing will go.
