Sky News host Rowan Dean says it's unsurprising the World Health Organisation has decided against inspecting the Wuhan laboratory linked to COVID-19 because uncovering the truth is the “last thing they want to do”.

After calls for an independent review into the origins of coronavirus – originally spruiked by Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison – the World Health Assembly voted to allow the WHO to investigate the virus.

However, the chief global health body has recently announced it will not inspect the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“If they go to the Wuhan lab then they’ll find where it came from, and that’s the last thing they want to do because then the Chinese will go 'Oh My God we caused it’”.

“The WHO has zero credibility in this pandemic.

“They’ve been a joke; a disaster. Donald Trump has done the right thing by moving away from them so that hopefully they are reformed”.
