Hugh Hefner is thinking of settling
down with one woman.
The
80-year-old founder of the Playboy magazine empire
has three young blonde girlfriends - Holly Madison,
Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson - but admitted
he may soon have just one.
Hefner
said the woman he will probably settle down with
will be Madison, a 27-year-old bikini model.
"In
terms of what I think lies ahead, it will probably
be Holly and me," Hefner told reporters at
a press conference at his Playboy Mansion in Los
Angeles.
Hefner's
unique life at the mansion with live-in girlfriends
Madison and Marquardt, both 33, and Wilkinson,
21, is detailed in the reality TV show, The Girls
Next Door.
Madison
has been vocal about her desire to have a child
with Hefner and the magazine mogul has not ruled
it out.
Hefner
has four children from two previous failed marriages.
"I've
thought a lot about it," Hefner said, when
asked whether he contemplated settling down with
just one girl.
"Obviously,
over the years and because of the unique nature
of my life with the magazine that brought all
of these attractive women into my life, settling
down has not been a high priority for me."
Two
years ago Hefner had six live-in girlfriends,
but he reduced his posse to three.
"From
my own personal experience, it's easier to deal
with three girlfriends than what it was with one
wife," Hefner said.
The
Girls of the Playboy Mansion airs in Australia
on the E! Entertainment pay TV channel.
