Coffee Project has won the sought after Media Man 'Cafe Of The Month' award
for May 2018. The
Surry Hills (Sydney) based cafe / restaurant has world class décor, coffee
and service, and was a welcome addition to the colourful Surry Hills district. The
'Cafe Of The Month' award is determined by many factors including but not limited
to: quality of coffee, service, décor, value for money and overall dining
experience. The
runners up for May are Parlour
Lane Roasters (located next door to QT
Sydney and the State Theatre)
and The Crabbe Hole located
at Bondi Icebergs, Bondi Beach. Honorable

About:
Paramount Coffee Project was established as a collaboration between Jin Ng of
Paramount House, Mark Dundon of Seven Seeds and Russell Beard of Reuben Hills.
Opening in Surry Hills, Sydney in 2013, together they envisaged a space which
would showcase the variety of styles and approaches in quality coffee. The café
is a collaborative project to look at coffee differently in a café environment.
Education and exploration of roasting styles, brew methods and coffee/cafe approach
is the aim. PCP
is a cafe presenting exceptional local and international roasters presented in
an unbiased and educational format. It is a platform for establishing connections
and creating relationships between local and international roasters, farmers and
brewers. PCP creates a way to cross-promote from a neutral perspective with only
the integrity of the coffee in mind.
On a day-to-day basis PCP is a cafe
which focuses on unique, delicious food and exceptional customer service. As a
result there is a real emphasis on the quality of the coffee and paying tribute
to all the hard work it takes to get the coffee in the cup. We strive for this
quality to filter down through all aspects of the business. (Paramount
