Former Investment Banker Reveals a Realistic Pathway to Investment Capital for Emerging Growth SME's

Leading Australian capital raising expert, Glen Rothquel of Capital 4 Business will be revealing insider tips and strategies at his 'Small Scale' Capital Raising seminars due to commence in Sydney next month that will show emerging enterprises their most realistic opportunity to raise investor capital in the early stages.

Mr Rothquel has over 20 years experience in the investment banking and financial services industry in Australia and overseas and has represented major banks such as Midland – now HSBC, Citibank and Nikko Bank.

"For far too long there has been mystery and misinformation clouding the facts in the capital raising sector for SME's looking to raise under $5million.   I will remove the hype and show owners of emerging growth enterprises strategies that will help them to secure early stage capital and set them up for bigger and better things down the track which is often a listing on one of the stock exchanges.   Capital 4 Business is an independent member of the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board. We use a unique and proven 'investor friendly' system that will set new standards and help many Australian business owners through this frustrating and often fruitless experience. The process provides a wonderful alternative fundraising mechanism for SME's who have had enough of the banks. Imagine the impact that $1million would make to a business when applied to growth activities – and it is interest free and does not require property as security".

The seminars cover everything from the restrictive capital raising regulatory framework to setting up the correct share capital structure, the entity, the management 'team', and the exit strategy for investors and owners. Recent success stories are shown and a live example of setting up a share capital structure is given. Business owners will leave the seminars knowing that it is possible for them to replicate what the big end of town does when it comes to raising equity capital.

The first of the free lunch time seminars will be held at the Sovereign Inn, 220 Pacific Highway , Crows Nest on Wednesday 18th July from 12.30 until 2.00.
