TV Fugly Awards

The TV Fugly Awards or Fuglies, as they are affectionately known, were set up in 2002 to recognise television shows and personalities with awards in categories that TV Week magazine kept forgetting to add to their Logies voting form.

These alternative Australian television industry awards give a few people a good kick up the bum so that they can get their act together to produce entertaining telly.

The best bits about the Fuglies are that you don't have to buy a magazine to vote, voters can vote for whoever they want because they are not retricted by selected pre-nominees and there are categories that make you laugh.

As well as having categories that highlight the awful programs and stars, the TV Fugly Awards acknowledge some of good things about Aussie television with some fun and meaningful categories.
